Since Diamond resorts have taken over, the management fees have increased by 30% which is not justifiable.

We are also diamond members and have found the management crippling to our finances.when are they going to stop escalating if ever!!!!!!!!!

We have been points members for over 10 years now originally with GVC then it transferred to Suntterra and now is Diamond Resorts I have only half the points that i did at the start but if i did have them all it would cost me well over £2000 in fees now as it is it is just shy of £1000 whilst I like the product i can find no reason for the hike in fees to the level that they are. When we go away we go to the meetings but never get satisfactory answers to our questions.
Can we get out of this contract with them or what ?

Dealt with in a pleasant manner at Club Class offices, they solved our problems on the day and got us out of our maintenance liability.... We are looking forward to going on holidays....
