Recently visited Stafford where we placed a pre-qualification claim.  Lets hope they can get enough people registered to take this forward.  Our fees have increased steadily over the last 10 years or so plus increasing associated RCI fees. Although I like the resort we bought in the UK - Clowance we non longer use it and exchange to anything we want is so difficult we end up giving weeks away or going to tenerife just to use the points.  Not what we bought timshare for ! but for fabulous world trave !!!. Would love Seasons who now own Clowance to buy back  (LOL) - wouldnt even be bothered if I got next to nothing for it. I dont want this to become a burden to our children in a few years time.

ITRA, at the moment is only commencing action(s) in the UK, and/or for UK nationals.  However, out intentions are to open our scope of activities in other countries in the near to intermediate future, also.

What happened after you saw them at Stafford? Did the solicitor phone you? How is your claim going? We saw them May

Please note that ITRA is now sending out to all RCI Members, past and present, a questionnaire drafted my the lawyers in order to obtain specific facts regarding the RCI Exchange programme from unhappy and dissatisfied members.  If this includes you, and you have not received this questionnaire, please notify us immediately.  We are in the process of completing the Letter Before Action (LBA) and we require as many allegedly aggrieved RCI Members as possible.
Additionally, we are also helping members of either the following timeshare/points resorts: Resort Properties, and/or; Club La Costa, to join a "Finance Claim" if they financed their timeshare/points purchase for potential finance damages and/or claims.

We have filled the questionaire about RCI but are members of Club la Costa.
We came to Stafford about our finance claim but have heard nothing. It was against Club la costa Is this still being processed?

Also, could you email me the latest status on the UK group compensation claim that we signed up for when we went to Stafford last year?

Dear Everyone,

We are conducting Pre-Qualification Surveys, one-on-one, face to face, to try and capture as much accurate information as possible regarding your timeshare purchase of either:  Weeks; Floating Time, or; Points.  (Please note these are all variations of timeshare.)

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us, below.

From the Pre-Qualification Survey, we filter everyone into various categories, accordingly.

The four (4) areas of concern are as follows:

1. Exchange companies;
2. Resort Developer/Management companies;
3. Finance companies, and;
4. Trustees.

We are currently proceeding with, No. 1, above, and in particular, against RCI.  Later we may enter into legal actions with other exchange companies depending on the eventual outcome of this present action.

Also, we are moving forward with, No. 3, above.  Depending on which resort you purchased, whether you financed the timeshare, and when, are just a few of the questions requested.
