Dear Timeshare Owners, (past and present)

If you ever "Up-Graded" your original timeshare purchase, from Weeks to Floating Time, or to Points, by either trading-in the timeshare, or with a part exchange, please share with us how many times you did this, and for how much total cost.

Our research indicates that numerous timeshare owners have upgraded more than once, for a total cost of many thousands.

Often the reason "sold" to you for the upgrade was for false promises of increased "Trading Power" for the exchange programmes, or for better "investment" opportunities, etc.

We are finding a pattern that many times the resort did not even have the inventory to sell, in other words, it was "Ghost Inventory".

Other times, the developer who sold you the original Week, say, located in Spain (Europe), would up-grade you to Points.  Well, sometimes the Points were not even backed by this same resort in Spain, as you thought.

Instead, the Points were sometimes backed by another resort in another country, say, Thailand (Asia).

For these reasons the exchange programmes do not function as they should.

You are also paying "European" prices for Maintenance Fees, when you should be paying "Asia" prices, instead, which are considerably lower.

If you require further information, please contact us at:  administration1@ITRA.net

Again, please share you stories with others here on this Forum.

Cheers,

ITRA
